Our Test Drive of INCOM As A Listing Agent

In order to give the INCOM platform a test drive, we created a listing agent account and uploaded six of our listings. It was easier than expected, taking just a few minutes to input each listing. The site offers data-driven tools that allow agents to reach more customers with targeted advertising, manage tasks efficiently, and access data at their fingertips. We also liked that we could connect our social media accounts through INCOM and it would post updates as if we were doing it ourselves. There are very few drawbacks with this platform in its current state; there is no bulk uploader for leads or onsite listings which means you have to input them individually which can take some time depending on the number of leads you need added in.

One of the great features of INCOM is its incredible user-friendly design. It provides many different tools and features, but it doesn’t take long to get a feel for what everything does. Once logged in as an agent, you’re quickly given a general overview of your business, including a view of all pending transactions. From there, you can easily search for particular property types and map out their availability on the map. Properties that are booked will not be visible on the map (although they will be highlighted in the Inventory section).
Filtering options available make it easy to zero in on only certain areas, property types, or price ranges–for example, this luxury waterfront listing with several photos is hidden behind other listings when browsing by city or region! As you scroll through, you’ll see all of the information about the house, from square footage to lot size. We really liked how detailed these details were–we were able to find homes that matched our needs almost immediately. And if we weren’t sure about something, we could always leave comments with our colleagues or INCOM’s customer service team.
